Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 12 April 2026

ToneCooling Technology Co., Ltd (“ToneCooling”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website.

1. Conformance status

Our target conformance standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual impairments.

ToneCooling’s website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to remediate these issues.

2. Measures to support accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of tonecooling.com:

  • Accessibility is part of our internal web development review process.
  • We use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and descriptive link text.
  • We provide alternative text for product images and decorative images are marked as such.
  • Our forms include labels, error messages, and keyboard navigation support.
  • Our colour palette is tested for contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
  • Our video content includes captions where narration is present.

3. Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

  • Some legacy product PDFs and data sheets may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are progressively re-authoring these.
  • Some embedded 3-D product animations may not have text equivalents. Where available, we provide a static image alternative.
  • Some third-party widgets (analytics, chat) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can provide the information in an accessible format and prioritise a fix.

4. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to fix confirmed issues within 30 days where technically feasible.

5. Applicable standards and regulations

We consider accessibility obligations under:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III (United States);
  • The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Australian Human Rights Commission’s World Wide Web Access Advisory Notes (Australia);
  • The EU Web Accessibility Directive and European Accessibility Act;
  • The UK Equality Act 2010.

6. Formal approval

This Accessibility Statement was prepared on 12 April 2026. It will be reviewed and updated at least annually or when significant changes are made to the website.
