What materials are used for the cold plates?
Cold plates are built in copper (C1100 / C1020) and aluminium (6061 / 6063), or copper-aluminium combinations, selected per thermal performance and weight requirements.
Are the cold plates customizable for OEM programs?
Yes. Channel geometry, material, fluid interface and mechanical envelope are engineered to the customer platform and validated by CFD before manufacturing. Full OEM/ODM customization is supported.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantity is from 5 pieces for prototype orders, with production volumes scaled to program requirements.
What are typical lead times?
Prototype lead time is typically 7–15 working days from confirmed drawing and purchase order; production lead time is typically 4–6 weeks depending on volume, confirmed per project.
What quality system and documentation do you provide?
ToneCooling operates an ISO 9001 quality system with roughly 1,000,000 plates/year capacity. 100% leak/pressure testing and dimensional inspection are standard; RoHS, CE and REACH documentation is available on request.
