Founded in 2004, ToneCooling is a technology-driven liquid cold plate manufacturer serving global OEMs in data centers, electric vehicles, power electronics, and semiconductor equipment. Our founding team graduated from the Department of Thermal Engineering at Tsinghua University with master’s and doctoral degrees, bringing over 30 years of heat dissipation R&D expertise to every cold plate we design and manufacture. Headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, with offices in Austin, Texas (ToneCooling Texas LLC) and Australia (ToneCooling PTY LTD), we operate a 12,000 m² ISO 9001 certified facility producing 900,000+ cold plates annually. Our patented Transient Liquid Phase (TLP) welding and biomimetic microchannel technology deliver heat flux densities exceeding 200 W/cm² — more than double conventional designs. We support NVIDIA GB200/GB300, H100, AMD MI series, Intel Eagle Stream, and major GPU/CPU platforms, as well as BESS battery modules, IGBT converters, and optical communication systems. Engineering support includes CFD thermal simulation, prototype delivery in 4–6 weeks, and MOQ as low as 5 pieces.
