More Information

Which manufacturing process fits my cold plate?
CNC machining, vacuum brazing, friction stir welding (FSW), and tube-embedded routes are all run in-house. The route is recommended during DFM review based on heat flux, geometry, pressure, and volume.

What materials are available?
Aluminium alloys (6061, 6063, 3003) and copper (C1100, C1020). Material choice is reviewed against coolant chemistry, heat flux, and weight targets.

How are cold plates tested before shipment?
Leak testing (helium or pressure-decay), pressure testing, flatness, and dimensional checks follow the acceptance criteria agreed in writing during DFM review.

What is the order quantity and prototype lead time?
Prototype orders start from 1 piece with a 4–6 week prototype lead time from drawing approval. Production orders are scheduled after prototype validation.

What should an RFQ include?
Drawings (STEP/PDF/DWG), heat load or heat map, coolant, flow rate, pressure-drop limit, mounting envelope, material preference, prototype quantity, and annual demand.
